Description
Lien Chieh offers high quality deep drawing and drawing presses that can be completely customized from the size of the bolster to different methods of movement. With a strong focus on developing products that offer high accuracy, consistent performance and an extended service life, our hydraulic deep drawing presses are specially designed for the deep drawing and forming of sheet metal.
With our expertise in the production of hydraulic presses we are able to integrate our drawing presses into fully automated production lines. This automated production can consist of high speed hydraulic tandem lines including sheet processing equipment, washing units and robotic automation equipment. We also offer a range of different drawing presses such as double action and triple action drawing presses which can all be coupled with productivity-enhancing quick die change systems.
All Lien Chieh’s drawing presses are manufactured using strict quality control procedures to ensure the quality and reliability of operations. They feature optical safety devices and high efficiency Teco Westinghouse motors. Also the majority of our material inventory and movement equipment is sourced from Taiwan, Germany and Japan ensuring high quality and flawless performance.
Deep drawing presses are generally used in the production of household goods and smaller stamped workpieces. With a wide range of optional accessories available and multiple customizable options, we offer customers completely tailor-made solutions to fit their deep drawing requirements.
